The Server License allows you to use the controls on 1 production server, whereas the Enterprise License gives you the right to deploy the controls on an unlimited number of production servers (within your organization). Both licenses do not impose any restriction on the number of testing, staging or development servers.

The Subscription entitles you to free updates and new products for the duration of the 1 year term. Additionally you receive a Gold Support Package. If you purchase a RadControls MCMS Edition Enterprise License you will receive free of charge any new controls we add to the suite.

The Escrow agreement resembles an insurance – in the event Telerik goes out of business you will be provided with the source code by our Escrow agent. Yes, we offer a fully functional 1 month trial. In order to download the trial, please logon to your Client.net account and go to ‘My Licenses’ section. If you do not have a Client.net account, please register one. It will take only a minute.

In case you are making the purchase on behalf of someone else (that is, someone other than the payee will be the Telerik Client.net account owner) you need to send us an e-mail to sales@telerik.com with the person's names, company name and e-mail after you complete the payment. Don't forget to include your order number!

Once we have the necessary information we will set up the correct account owner and notify him/her about the new license(s).

Once your payment is processed, you will receive 2 e-mails: one from our payment provider with payment details and another one from Telerik. The e-mail from Telerik will contain your Client.net user name and password and instructions how to download the software from your Client.net account. This e-mail should arrive shortly after you place the order. If you do not receive this e-mail within an hour, please contact our sales team at sales@telerik.com and tell us about your problem.
