Please make sure that you mention the product license as the reason for the payment (e.g. "RadControls SharePoint Edition Server License Plus Subscription") and that you specify the correct amount.

In general, we will create a Client.net account and enable your licenses immediately after we receive the check. Nonetheless, sometimes we may decide to clear the check before we deliver the software if we have reasons to believe that there may be a problem collecting the payment.
